Plant I Ice Cleaner Setup Tech II
About The Position
The PLT Plant I Ice Cleaner Setup Tech II will work within a team or solo environment, operating and maintaining a robotic dry ice cleaning machine. This role is accountable for product safety and the quality of work, including all elements defined in the Company’s Quality Policy. The technician must be able to follow instructions, operate ice machines, and possess good communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination are essential for operating cleaning machines and parts. The role involves inspecting parts after blasting to ensure cleanliness, re-blasting if necessary, and detecting defective parts. Additionally, the technician will operate Tire Presses and maintain a safe and clean workspace before and after each shift, adhering to all established safety rules, regulations, and ESH procedures, policies, and legal requirements. This description may not be inclusive of all work required and may be updated as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
- Good communication ability/teamwork.
- Must be able to pay attention to small details.
- Good hand-eye coordination for the operation of cleaning machines and parts.
