This onsite Human Resources role supports plant employees and the Plant Management Team through employee relations, timekeeping, recruiting and onboarding, policy compliance, and performance and disciplinary support. Requirements

Internship or relevant work experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated punctuality, reliability and attention to detail
Strong Microsoft Office and overall technology skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively prioritize work in a fast-paced, ever-growing environment
Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

2 to 4 yr degree in HR or related field preferred
Experience with Greenhouse ATS preferred or similar ATS preferred

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, questions, and workplace issues
Administer timekeeping and support payroll accuracy
Coordinate recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and orientation for plant employees
Support performance management and employee disciplinary processes
Ensure compliance with company policies
Maintain personnel records and HR systems data
Assist employees with benefits and leave administration
Perform other HR duties as necessary
