Requirements

• Strong organizational skills
• High attention to detail
• High School diploma / GED, required
• Previous experience in customer service or inventory, required.

Nice To Haves

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or other related field, preferred.
• Shipping Clerk experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Will work collaboratively with the sales team, management, customers, and internal members to deliver exceptional sales support.
• Accurate & timely entry of sales orders, purchase orders, quotes, and invoicing
• Data entry for pipe division – several different reports are done on an as need basis
• Make travel arrangements hotels and rent cars
• Assist HR with new hire training
• Assist Safety walk through weekly and document with pictures and with any needs they have for Pipe Division
• Assist Marketing with making labels for all production pipe and other events
• Credit card expense monitoring and reporting
• Updating ESM Compliance Data
• Updating ISO Production, maintenance and environmental
• Update Production Dash board daily, and print
• Coordinate with trucking companies for loads.
• Checking in drivers
• Setup all the shipping documents to be picked and then doing BOL and pick list to give to the drivers / file in system
