Requirements
- Self-motivated, organized, and driven individual with strong communication skills.
- Physical ability to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding conditions.
- A valid driver's license and High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience in plant health care application services, Qualified Supervisor, or is a Certified Applicator with state issued certification.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat common issues for ornamental trees and shrubs.
- Safely operate a spray rig, backpack sprayer, air spade, and other arboriculture equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service and build lasting trust with new and existing clients.
- Complete daily work efficiently, meet production goals, and help generate new business by identifying other service needs.
- Perform daily truck inspections, basic equipment maintenance, and accurately complete all necessary paperwork.
