About The Position

McGill Environmental Systems is hiring a Utility Technician I for our operations team in Morrisville, PA (Fairless Hills). This role plays a key supporting role in our composting operation, helping to keep the site clean, safe, and running efficiently. The position involves a variety of hands-on tasks, including site cleanup, material handling, and supporting equipment operators and maintenance teams. It is described as steady, physical work where reliability, work ethic, and teamwork are essential.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in general labor, warehouse, industrial, or outdoor work preferred
• Ability to perform physical, hands-on work throughout the shift
• Willingness to work 1st or 2nd shift schedules and occasional weekends
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, dust, mud, and odors
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Perform site cleanup and general labor duties
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials

• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, industrial environment
