Plant Foreman
About The Position
Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is seeking a Plant Foreman to oversee the efficient operation of all plant processes, including material handling, liquid processing, and waste treatment. This role involves managing a team of 10-14 people, ensuring productivity targets are met, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed, and all plant safety standards are adhered to. The Plant Foreman will also be responsible for completing scheduled reports on time and reporting variances to senior management. Opportunities for salary increases are available upon successful completion of a 90-day probationary period.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude for pumps, hoses, air compressors, tankers and trucks
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Ability to drive company vehicles
- Reliable and accurate reporting skills
- A positive work ethic
- Willingness to work in a hot and greasy environment
- Proven work experience
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Plant management: 2 years (Required)
