About The Position

The Manufacturing Financial Analyst provides operating management with financial analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly operating results. The role offers opportunities to develop skills, innovate, take on expanded responsibilities, and gain global exposure.

Responsibilities include daily financial desk activities and reporting support, weekly overtime reporting and reconciliation, cost deployment, SOX support, forecast-related reconciliation work, and support for 9,5,5 project development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• General understanding of core Finance or Accounting principles.
• Willingness to grow and develop a career in Manufacturing Finance.
• Ability to learn budgeting, forecasting, and reporting actuals through the monthly close process.
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Suites.

Nice To Haves

• MBA or equivalent.
• One year of experience, including student program or internship experience, in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in SAP and Hyperion Essbase, and knowledge of the project writing system.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily desk responsibilities, including Daily PC1 reconciliation, CLS, NCT AETC review and follow-up, and support for internal reporting.
• Prepare weekly overtime reporting detail and reconciliation.
• Handle cost deployment responsibilities, including data collection and development of CD matrices.
• Restrict logistics and energy cost deployment to a semiannual cycle.
• Lead Blue Room Kaizen review with the Center of Competence.
• Provide SOX support through physical inventory reviews, monthly checklists, and plant walkthroughs.
• Support forecast responsibilities involving chemical reconciliation, uniform payments, and scrap shipper reconciliation.
• Support 9,5,5 project development.
