About The Position

Eaton’s Electrical Division is currently seeking a Plant Finance Manager to join our team. This position is based at our Waukesha, WI facility. The expected annual salary range for this role is $113000 - $165000 a year. This role provides financial leadership for the Lincoln (Waukesha, WI) plant within a fast-paced, engineered-to-order, high-complexity environment supporting Eaton’s Three Phase Transformer product line, while partnering across sites (including Ankara, Turkey) to optimize output. The Plant Finance Manager serves as a strategic business partner and change agent by connecting finance and operations, driving continuous improvement, and delivering financial insights that ensure operational strategies achieve targeted results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of five (5) years Accounting or Finance experience
  • Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of two (2) years of data analytics experience is preferred
  • Ability to understand and communicate financial concepts to non-financial professionals
  • Detail-oriented with effective organization and time management skills
  • Highly motivated, highly analytical and self-starter

Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial performance and operational metrics to identify trends, drive accountability, and improve results.
  • Deliver actionable financial insights and decision support for capital investments, projects, and operational initiatives.
  • Lead and influence initiatives related to CAPEX, working capital, operational excellence, quality, and supply chain performance.
  • Partner with operations and division leadership to develop, execute, and monitor strategic and financial action plans.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios and support planning decisions.
  • Drive key financial processes including forecasting, profit planning, and cost performance management.
  • Monitor KPIs, track performance to targets, and ensure cost efficiency while maintaining product quality.
  • Manage inventory and working capital initiatives to maximize profitability and cash flow.
  • Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect business performance.
  • Support finance transformation efforts and promote standardized, best-practice processes across Power Systems facilities.
  • Foster collaboration across finance teams and promote a culture aligned with Eaton’s goals and continuous improvement.
