This position supports 1PH Transformer and Regulator product line operations in Nacogdoches, TX (with up to 10% travel annually). Relocation from within the US is included. The expected annual salary range for this role is $130000 - $190000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or finance from an accredited institution.
  • Eight (8) years of accounting or finance experience.

  • Ability to understand and communicate financial concepts to non-financial professionals.

  • Highly motivated, highly analytical and self-starter.

Nice To Haves

  • Two (2) years of data analytics experience is preferred.
  • Manufacturing or operations finance experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP and Oracle Planning
  • Leadership experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic business partner to plant and division leadership, translating financial insights into business results.
  • Connect finance and operations, influencing key decisions related to productivity, profitability, capital investments, and key performance indicators.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to plant and division leadership, influencing key decisions that drive growth, profitability, and long-term business success.
  • Lead initiatives that improve productivity, operational excellence, working capital performance, cash flow, and overall financial results.
  • Evaluate investments, capital allocation opportunities, and strategic initiatives through analytics, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Partner closely with operations, supply chain, quality, and commercial teams to align strategy, drive accountability, and deliver results.
  • Develop organizational capability by mentoring finance talent, strengthening succession plans, and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Play a highly visible role across two manufacturing sites, joining a strong leadership team during an exciting period of business growth and investment.
