Implementing and ensuring use of a Reliability Framework and Asset Management System to drive continual improvements in safety, employee engagement and overall equipment effectiveness. Collaborating with cross functional partners such as engineering, quality, supply chain, EHS, human resources and operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the organization Leading and providing direction of Plant Engineering supervisors, and other direct reports to drive continuous improvement in plant performance and productivity. Implementing strategic direction on all facilities and maintenance activities for the Nevada plant. Determining capital requirements necessary for the plant to maintain it's ability to meet customer requirements. Supporting, managing and leading the maintenance team to meet overall plant and business objectives. Promoting 3M’s Plant Engineering Human Capital Strategies that deliver operational goals for recruiting, development, retention and ultimately the technical capabilities of our workforce.
