Here, you will make an impact by: Independently, administers and coordinates site-specific engineering projects and/or programs. Leads or guides employees during a project or trains new employees within their assigned site/organization on business performance activities. Begins to determine priorities, assign responsibilities, or implement timetables for work group or teams to ensure success. Works directly with front line employees, leaders, and support functions. Including, but not limited to, improvement projects, running/leading Kaizen events, development/refinement of Tier Boards, tier meetings for the purpose of employee engagement and continuous improvement Handles non-routine and difficult inquiries. Adapts a wide range of improvement techniques, approaches, and methods to develop and implement solutions for a variety of complex issues and operational and financial improvement objectives. Applies analytical skills for analysis and interpretation of trends or data for the purpose of improving targeted operational and/or financial objectives. Has a direct impact on the team/work group, providing direction, advice, or focus, as needed. Decisions may impact the operational effectiveness of multiple work groups or teams in the department, next higher organizational tier, and/or related activities within the direct functional area. Position does not have people management responsibility. Works under minimal supervision.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and a minimum of three (3) years of combined experience in Training Development, Training Management, Project Coordination, and/or Project Management in a private, public, government or military environment
OR High School diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and a minimum of five (5) years of combined in Training Development, Training Management, Project Coordination, and/or Project Management in a private, public, government or military environment
Current, valid driver’s license
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Responsibilities

Independently administers and coordinates site-specific engineering projects and/or programs.

Works directly with front line employees, leaders, and support functions on improvement projects, running/leading Kaizen events, development/refinement of Tier Boards, and tier meetings for employee engagement and continuous improvement.
Handles non-routine and difficult inquiries.
Adapts a wide range of improvement techniques, approaches, and methods to develop and implement solutions for complex issues and operational and financial improvement objectives.
Applies analytical skills for analysis and interpretation of trends or data to improve targeted operational and/or financial objectives.
Provides direction, advice, or focus to the team/work group as needed.
Complies with corporate policies, procedures and security standards while performing assigned duties.
Contributes to a strong Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) culture by following safety policies, identifying hazards, and engaging in continuous improvement.
