Impact you will make Carry out routine service and repair tasks on plant machinery and supporting systems. Diagnose mechanical issues quickly and implement corrective actions that last. Perform proactive inspections to prevent failures and identify safety risks. Maintain thorough, accurate records of all maintenance and repair work. Coordinate closely with production teams to curb downtime and enhance efficiency. Contribute to installing and setting up new equipment and related systems. Uphold safety standards and keep work areas neat and organized.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a related trade/technical credential is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience as a maintenance professional in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude paired with solid troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
• Clear, respectful communication and a collaborative approach.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime when required.
