Your mission Own equipment reliability through predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance; capture activities, time, notifications, work orders, and corrective actions in our digital systems. Troubleshoot and repair A/C–D/C motors and drives, PLCs, and 480V three-phase systems with safety-first precision. Apply hydraulic and electrical know-how to inspect, diagnose, and correct faults. Execute repairs at elevation and in tough conditions using hand, power, and precision tools. Partner with fellow technicians to solve complex problems; mentor others and participate in targeted equipment training. Contribute to building upkeep, rigorous housekeeping, and a proactive Safety Culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a comparable industrial maintenance role.
  • Proven capability with industrial electrical repair: A/C–D/C drives and motors, PLCs, and 480V three-phase.
  • Specific knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems and equipment.
  • Ability to read technical manuals/drawings and author clear job instruction documents.
  • Team-first mindset, strong work ethic, detail orientation, and root-cause problem solving.
  • Strict adherence to OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies.
  • Willingness to cross-train across functions.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds; climb ladders and steps; work outdoors in all weather.
  • 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, some holidays, and overtime.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
