This is a newly added position on the maintenance team at a privately owned manufacturer that's been running for over 60 years. You'd be stepping into a stable operation with low turnover, working across PLC-driven automation, distribution systems, and switchgear rather than just chasing breakdowns on legacy equipment. The company is financially stable and privately held, which tends to mean steadier priorities and less churn than you'll find at larger, publicly traded operations. Because this is a newly created role, you're not walking into someone else's backlog or filling a seat left by turnover. The work itself covers real electrical scope: PLC ladder logic, HMI systems, AC/DC drives, and electrical distribution and switchgear across multiple departments in the facility. You'll be installing and programming equipment, not just maintaining what's already there. Pay runs $45-50/hour with overtime for anything over 40 hours a week.
