About The Position

This role focuses on analyzing financial plant performance, developing cost optimization measures, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. The professional will be involved in budgeting, planning, monitoring financial progress, and analyzing deviations. Key responsibilities include identifying trends and variances in financial plant performance indicators, implementing cost control measures for efficiency, preparing financial reports and forecasts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making. The role also involves providing financial insights and recommendations to improve operational plant performance and assisting in budget and financial plan management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Controlling, Finance, Accounting, Cost Accounting, or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling, financial analysis, and variance analysis.
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Plant Management and cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial plant performance and develop measures for plant cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Prepare plant related budgeting/planning processes, monitor progress to agreed financial budgets and analyze financial deviations on plant level.
• Monitor and analyze financial plant performance indicators to identify trends and variances.
• Develop and implement cost control measures to enhance plant efficiency.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts for plant management review.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making in plants.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve operational plant performance.
• Assist in the preparation and management of budgets and financial plans for the plant.
