Requirements
- Solid communication skills.
- Critical problem-solving skills.
- Experience interacting with clients.
- A good driving record.
- Ability to drive a van/truck.
- Ability to safely climb ladders and work on ladders.
- Experience using pruners, scissors, and other sharp objects.
Nice To Haves
- Experience caring for plants is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Visit customer sites regularly according to the established route plan for plant care, scenting, and air purification maintenance.
- Safely operate a service vehicle in both urban and rural environments.
- Service all required plants on the scheduled day, including watering, pruning, fertilizing, trimming, and removing debris from planters.
- Accurately gauge soil moisture using a soil probe.
- Maintain and communicate appropriate light conditions and plant orientation.
- Ensure plants and display containers are clean, free of dust and debris.
- Keep all plants free from diseases and insects.
- Occasionally work from ladders up to 6ft to service tall plants and living wall systems.
- Prevent damage to surrounding floors, walls, carpets, and furniture from water or moisture.
- Maintain scenting and air purification equipment as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for additional Ambius products to support business growth.
- Assist with various plantscape installations, including interior/exterior container gardens, wall-mounted systems, and commercial plantscapes.
- Safely load and unload materials and equipment.
- Plant vessels with a diverse range of plants.
- Perform holiday installation and removal services.
