About The Position

Stefanini is looking for energetic and committed team members to support breeding activities. This is an entry-level position that would support our Dawson, GA cotton breeding program. Most activities are done with a team of technicians under the supervision of Client full-time employees.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in hot or cold environments.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Must be able to stand for extended amounts of time.
• Must adhere to established safety, health and environmental policies and procedures.
• Must maintain acceptable housekeeping standards in the work area.
• Must follow all safety regulations.
• High school diploma or GED mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Field and Processing Planting/Harvest preparation.
• Data collection throughout growing cycle.
• Hand harvest of cotton.
• Ginning seed cotton.
• Seed processing/ inventory.
• Field Maintenance, pulling/hoeing weeds.
