About The Position

The Plant 7 Support position is responsible for providing support in production and related operational activities at the Fresno, CA plant. This role primarily assists the rework department and helps ensure efficient daily operations. Requirements

Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments and build positive working relationships to support continuous improvement efforts.
Working knowledge of food and beverage manufacturing processes.

Nice To Haves

Experience in warehouse and/or food and beverage manufacturing environments preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
Experience with food and beverage ingredients and inventory preferred.
Forklift experience preferred but not required.

Maintains cleanliness and organization of the rework department and surrounding grounds.
Cleans drums for production use.
Assists with special projects and inspections.
Performs forklift-related duties.
Completes miscellaneous operational support tasks as assigned.
