We are looking for an experienced Planning & Portfolio Manager to support the US Operations team in driving cross-functional initiatives that align business demand, operational capacity, and strategic priorities. In this role, you will lead resource planning, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes, and portfolio governance, ensuring effective prioritization and delivery of strategic initiatives. You will play a key role in managing portfolio changes, including market and product phase-ins/phase-outs, while providing leadership with data-driven insights and recommendations. This is a highly stakeholder-facing position requiring strong communication skills, the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, and availability to work within the US (Stamford) time zone.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Portfolio Management, or related strategic planning roles.
  • Proven experience in resource planning, portfolio governance, and/or Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build alignment across multiple functions and seniority levels.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience delivering projects within agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new teams, tools, and ways of working with limited onboarding time.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Availability to work within the US (Stamford) time zone.

Responsibilities

  • Lead resource planning activities, balancing demand and capacity across projects and initiatives.
  • Drive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycles, ensuring alignment between operational, commercial, and financial plans.
  • Manage portfolio changes, including reprioritization, scope adjustments, onboarding, and offboarding of initiatives.
  • Coordinate market and product phase-in/phase-out activities, minimizing business disruption and operational risk.
  • Establish governance frameworks, reporting standards, and portfolio transparency mechanisms.
  • Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining clear communication and reporting.
  • Provide leadership with structured insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Facilitate alignment across Operations and other key business functions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning, execution, and project management practices.
