The Planning Manager provides strategic leadership, direction, and governance for all engineering and construction planning and scheduling activities supporting the execution of the project. The position typically reports to the Project Controls Manager and is responsible for establishing, leading, and continuously improving a large planning and scheduling organization through all phases of engineering and construction execution. This role directs the development, integration, maintenance, and performance monitoring of engineering and construction schedules and ensures alignment between engineering, procurement, construction, and startup activities to support safe, predictable project delivery. This role may be initially work out of one of the Bechtel home offices prior to transitioning to a designated project site.
