The Planning & Inventory Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of planning, including demand, supply, deployment, and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) for both internal and external production processes. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and successful operation of our growing company, aligning business processes with strategic objectives. This position will create and implement appropriate processes and data analysis tools necessary for the business units to maintain accurate control of the company's suppliers and manufacturing capabilities in a compliant manner. The position will work with Product Development, Quality, Marketing, Operations, and other cross-functional departments responsible for the management and application of manufacturing (supplier’s and in-house) to support the proper balance of inventory and capacity to ensure there are no supply related business interruptions while optimizing working capital. Additionally, the Planning & Inventory Manager role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining processes and procedures to ensure accurate accounting of field and local inventory. This team member uses excellent communication and problem-solving skills to coordinate all aspects of inventory management, reconciliation, and reporting. The position will be responsible for similar controls to maintain accurate control of the company's internal kitting assembly, as well as the company’s product inventory. The candidate must possess the ability to work cross-functionally to support rapid growth and continuous improvement. This position will interact with many functions and levels of the business.
