About The Position
Manages aspects of program implementation and operations. Ensures program is operating effectively. This position is with the Work & Resource Planning Team in Electric Transmission & Distribution Portfolio and Program Management. Represent electric operations in enterprise and cross-functional work and resource planning forums. Identify and support planning process improvements. Work in close collaboration with resource teams to ensure processes are defined to support delivery of quality and executable plans. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned location based on business need. Monthly travel to offices in Dublin and Stockton is required.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- Job-related experience, 10 years
Nice To Haves
- Masters Degree in job-related discipline or equivalent experience
- PMI-Project Management Institute PMP-Project Management Professional certification
Responsibilities
- Leads cross functional projects or teams.
- Identifies new partners, technologies, and delivery channels.
- Develops KPIs, metrics and supporting visual management
- Develops and manages processes to support financial performance. Regularly monitors financials against forecast, identifying planning process opportunities
- Communicates projects status to all stakeholders
- Mentors and provides guidance to less experienced colleagues.
- Presents findings and makes recommendations to management.
- Works with all levels of management and senior leadership across functions to influence decisions and shape processes
