Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of technology planning/ project management or related experience
  • Self-starter that identifies/responds to priority shifts with minimal supervision

  • Strategic Planning - Support agile planning ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, retros, stand-ups, etc.); Support the development of the delivery plan (timelines, resources, etc.); Support development of the workforce plan and with capacity planning; Understand how your work aligns to your team and organizations goals and objectives
  • Technical Communication / Presentation - Explains technical information and the impacts to stakeholders and articulates the case for action; Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support creation of plans used in planning and roadmap sessions across PDAT
  • Some participation in strategy and planning sessions to increase knowledge
  • Collect, analyze and interpret data to support conclusions and/or present insights and findings
  • Coordinate activities of the delivery team, identifying appropriate resources needed, developing schedules to ensure timely completion of deliverables/ features.
  • Track and monitor key delivery plan milestones
