About The Position
As a Planning Assistant, you’ll keep our Contracts & Planning team running at full throttle by ensuring production has the right paperwork and materials, exactly when needed. This role exists to keep manufacturing orders moving smoothly and records clean, accurate, and ready for audit.
Requirements
- Familiarity with production kitting and wire cutting processes
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Comfortable using printers/scanners for document control
- Strong organization, record retention, and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) and ability to follow SOPs
Responsibilities
- Printing, sorting, and organizing production packets
- Preparing totes for kitting and wire cutting
- Scanning documents for precise record retention
- Releasing jobs to production when needed by program/site
- Kitting/printing PI markers to match individual manufacturing orders
