About The Position

As the Planning and Inventory Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing an integrated supply planning and inventory strategy across the Kevin’s Natural Foods network. This role connects demand, supply, inventory, and capacity planning to ensure a forward-looking, stable, and optimized supply chain. You will act as a strategic partner across procurement, manufacturing, and logistics, leveraging data, planning expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to drive improvements in service, cost, and cash performance while mitigating supply chain risk.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Strong analytical capability and ability to translate data into insights
Experience in supply planning, inventory management, or supply chain roles
Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
Experience with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
Proven problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
Digital capability including advanced Excel and Power BI/Tableau

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end supply plan across the planning horizon, balancing demand and capacity
Develop and implement inventory strategies across Finished Goods, Raw, and Pack materials
Drive KPI visibility including inventory, service, and utilization
Lead scenario planning to identify risks and opportunities
Act as central coordination point across procurement, manufacturing, and logistics
Identify and escalate supply risks through structured processes – in time this should move into S&OP+
Translate data into actionable insights to drive performance improvement
Support product launches and discontinuations ensuring service and inventory stability
Lead root cause analysis of service failures and inventory imbalances
Maintain planning master data integrity within ERP and planning tools
Continuously improve supply planning processes and reporting capabilities
Influence stakeholders and lead without authority to drive alignment
