About The Position

The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies. We are seeking Planning & Development Project Managers to support major Maintenance & Operations initiatives across the District. This role involves leading complex capital improvement projects from concept through completion.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of full-time professional project management experience
  • Experience managing public-sector, educational, or commercial construction projects
  • Proven ability to oversee projects from planning and design through close-out
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from early planning and pre-construction through bid/award, construction, and close-out
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, utility providers, and public agencies
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and overall progress
  • Prepare executive-level reports and project updates
  • Resolve project challenges, disputes, and complex planning issues
  • Ensure projects remain aligned with approved scope, budget, and objectives
  • Support contract development, procurement, and bid planning activities
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements and best practices
  • Assist with cost estimating and project development strategies
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
