About The Position

This role involves the preparation and analysis of property budgets, including capital, strategic, and operational plans. The Planning Analyst will maintain files, analyze statistical, financial, and economic data, and report on business conditions, identifying trends in the gaming and recreation industries. Responsibilities include preparing operating and marketing reviews, developing forecasting models, and quantifying the impact of casino activities. The position requires ensuring timely and accurate completion of analysis, contributing ideas for business improvement, and facilitating change efforts within the department and the casino. Collaboration with other departments is essential for the overall good of the casino. A key aspect of the role is deriving implications and making actionable recommendations from large datasets, distilling data, and creating visually appealing presentations. Team members are expected to adhere to the Everyone Greets Everyone (EGE) policy, participate in all mandatory meetings, and maintain a professional appearance and attendance record. The role requires the ability to work a varied schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends, and to work overtime when necessary.
