About The Position

The Planning Analyst at LCA WaterWorks leads long-term water and wastewater system planning and hands-on project development to support regional infrastructure growth and resilience. The position helps protect public health and the environment by addressing sanitary sewer overflows, changes in source water quality, increasingly stringent treatment goals, and emerging contaminants. It also supports development of treatment solutions, piloting of innovative technologies, and new approaches to water reuse. The role influences major infrastructure investment decisions and works with LCA leaders, teaming partners, operators, field services teams, municipalities, regulators, large customers, and internal teams. The analyst evaluates system capacity and capital investment needs, analyzes system data, and coordinates the transition of projects from planning through design and construction. The position is based in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
