About The Position

Aids in the developing and analyzing of industry and competitive information to help produce actionable insights around business questions and decisions facing Sutter Health and its entities. Serves as a resource for internally and externally sourced strategic databases and tools. Utilizes strategic tools to help provide forecasting, simulations, feasibility studies, modeling, resource planning, valuation, and other financial and statistical analysis to help evaluate strategic opportunities and scenarios.

Requirements

Bachelor's in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5 years recent relevant experience.
General knowledge of marketing research theory and methods including: conjoint analysis, customer segmentation, and best practices identification.
Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as: executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Ability to set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner.
Ability to build and lead teams committed to carrying out initiatives in environments that may be resistant to change.
Ability to make presentations to persuade others to accept a specific opinion or action, or to provide information and instruction.
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with audiences across all areas and levels within Sutter Health as well as external organizations.
Ability to analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures to identify patterns, tendencies, and relationships resulting in the formulation of logical and objective conclusions.
