About the Team At Roku, we make decisions based on data. Consumer Planning & Optimization (P&O) at Roku works across the business to ensure that investments in customer behavior (including purchase, subscription, viewing habits, etc.) are evaluated based on how they will enhance the customer experience. By presenting our users with a great experience, they will value the platform and Roku experience even more. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Planning & Analysis. About the Role The person will be a key member of the planning function within the Consumer P&O team. This role will work across multiple business groups in supporting the analysis, sizing, and prioritization of high-impact business initiatives to drive growth and increase customer lifetime value. Key activities will include developing business performance reporting and models, tracking the impact of business initiatives, coordinating planning with FP&A, and helping the Consumer P&O team collaborate with various teams across Roku to execute new programs.
