About The Position

Vishay Thin Film is seeking a Planner responsible for scheduling product lines and maintaining lead times based on current workload guidance and capacity. The position is located at the Vishay Thin Film site in Niagara Falls, New York, and supports product scheduling and coordination across multiple regions and departments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use a calculator, computer, copier, telephone, and similar office equipment.
• Ability to multitask.
• Close attention to detail.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under 22 C.F.R. §120.15 because the position requires access to information subject to ITAR and/or EAR.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all orders for North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
• Load assigned resistor product lines for Israel, Mexico, and Columbus.
• Calculate lead times based on current workload and capacity guidance.
• Coordinate extensively with North America and Asia Pacific customer service, production, engineering, inventory control, shipping, marketing, planning, and expediting departments.
• Coordinate extensively with production and shipping departments in Israel and Mexico.
