The Maintenance Planner is responsible to the Maintenance Manager. He/She shall schedule workflow, establish the required labor, manage the work processes, track project performance, direct the planning and production control staff, maintain a record of events impacting the project and co-ordinate all activities to maximize the project efficiency. He/ She shall be responsible for maintaining and coordinating aircraft maintenance work packages within the Quantum Maintenance Information System to support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events. This position serves as the central planning resource by ensuring maintenance packages, regulatory requirements, technical documentation, and project status remain accurate throughout the maintenance lifecycle. The Maintenance Planner collaborates daily with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Technical Records, Supply Chain, and Customer Support to coordinate maintenance activities, monitor project progress, and ensure work packages are complete and production ready.
