Requirements

  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Office application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail with analytic and critical thinking skills.
  • Fluid communication, listening, written and verbal abilities in interpersonal and group exchanges.
  • Secondary Education or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years prior experience in Manufacturing.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Access or Query writing a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel, Query composition, and MRP concepts.
  • Packaging/Foodservice background helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee application of capacity to demand and inventory levels for near-term planning and long-term projections through analysis and prioritization of forecasts, raw materials, WIP and finished goods production to meet customer requirements.
  • Create efficient, accurate equipment schedules for 24/7 manufacturing.
  • Participate in raw materials inventory replenishment planning and ordering.
  • Monitor Customer demand and inventory levels, initiate resupply and production orders.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Maintenance and fellow facilities.
  • Develop and maintain Forecast Production Plans for analysis and reporting of demand compared with available capacity and actual production outcomes.
  • Provide directional guidance on staffing requirements and equipment priorities.
  • Coordinate real-time information with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Warehouse to ensure on-time and complete shipment of customer orders.
  • Ensure availability of materials necessary to produce scheduled work.
  • Participate in SQF, Housekeeping and Food Safety Programs.
  • Provide plant housekeeping support.
  • Other duties as assigned.
