About The Position

Schedules Work Centers in facility based on the capacity of the work center and available raw materials. This role involves monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with purchasing for adequate parts and raw materials, resolving material issues, and managing capacity and service objectives using MRP systems. The position requires adherence to 5S standards, safety, environmental, and quality policies, and accurate completion of necessary documents.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to maintain adequate levels of parts and raw materials to manufacture the product
• Work to resolve materials issues while achieving and maintaining inventory business metrics
• May be responsible for working from blueprints to determine the specifications for the parts needed to produce the product
• Use MRP systems to manage available capacity, expedites, and service objectives
• Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
• Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
• Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
