About The Position

This role is for a Planner/Scheduler in a privately held ETO Capital Equipment manufacturing company that is on a significant growth track. The position is being created due to increased business demand. The Planner/Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating project schedules for fabrication, machining, assembly, and testing. This involves coordinating with Engineering/Project Management to understand the overall scope, working with the procurement team to confirm material availability and lead times, and collaborating with the Production Team to confirm progress. The role also includes maintaining data in the ERP system (Made To Manage), including Work Orders, Routings, and Production Statuses, and leading daily/weekly production meetings to align the team on priorities and updates.

Requirements

• Prior experience in Planning in a manufacturing environment (heavy fabrication, ETO capital equipment, etc).
• Experience with ERP systems (Made To Manage mentioned).

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of experience.
• BS degree.
• ASCM - CPIM Certification.
• Knowledge of Lean / Flow Manufacturing principles.
• Knowledge of Capacity Planning / Inventory Management practices.

Responsibilities
