About The Position

We are a Golf Cart Manufacturer looking for someone to be highly organized, someone who pays attention to detail and can work under pressure. This role involves planning and coordination of projects, problem-solving, effective time management, and meticulous attention to detail in managing logistical aspects. The organizer will oversee the production process, coordinating manufacturing activities on the factory floor to meet production schedules and efficiency targets. Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating efforts and fostering collaboration.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ related experience or certifications combined
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality work
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills
• Commitment to safety, including adherence to protocols and OSHA regulations
• Willingness to learn modern technologies and adapt to changes
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
• Knowledge of basic hand tools and hardware
• Understanding of quality control processes and dedication to producing high-quality products
• Ability to use analytical skills to effectively solve problems within the various work areas across the plant
• Basic computer and math skills to calibrate and measure specifications
• In-depth understanding of company standards, documentation process, and reporting functions
• High school diploma or GED
• 2 Years In a Planning (organizing) position
