About The Position
The Planner II develops production plans and schedules to meet customer demands. The role also creates shop orders and prepares inventory targets based on production plans and schedules.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field of study, with a minimum of two years of experience in Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations.
- Six years of experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
- No experience is required in lieu of a master's degree.
Responsibilities
- Support schedule planning meetings.
- Prepare inventory targets in concert with production plans.
- Create shop orders based on the production schedule.
- Review raw material levels to support production requirements and inventory targets, and escalate issues when needed.
- Perform critical ERP transactions.
- Report on production status and escalate when production is not supporting the plan.
