About The Position
The purpose of this position is to conduct research, write planning reports, and make presentations to advisory boards on a regular basis, covering a diversity of planning issues involving both short-range development reviews and/or long-range planning functions. The position requires conducting planning studies based upon the fundamental planning theory and methods molded into the local practice of planning based upon city ordinances and policies. This job works under general supervision, independently developing work methods and sequences.
