Requirements

Responsibilities

Maintain SAP Production Order releases that provides material on-time to manufacturing and engineering.
Reschedule and/or adjusts the material requirements of Production Orders to maintain alignment with production commits and ensure compliance with BOM requirements.
Increase material availability at time of PO release by performing pre-shortage analysis.
Perform work order variance analysis.
Review MRP execution and ensure accuracy of information.
Collaborate with MFG and ENG to solve material problems for assemblies in WIP.
Attend production meetings and provide status on material shortage commit dates.
Manage inventory in a sloc to ensure compliance with velocity requirements.
Follow BKM and QMS documentation around material allocation, DMR/MRB material replacement and RTS processes.
