Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 2–4 years of experience in planning, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or a related environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems; SAP experience is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and levels of the organization.
  • Desire to learn and develop expertise in planning, inventory management, and supply chain operations.

Nice To Haves

  • SAP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Create purchase requisitions based on MRP recommendations, forecasts, and customer demand.
  • Release and monitor purchase orders and internal stock transfer orders (ISTOs), assisting with expediting materials as needed.
  • Release and track work orders to support production and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate disposition, rework, and purge activities for assigned products.
  • Communicate product availability, supply concerns, and potential risks to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support inventory reduction and optimization initiatives.
  • Maintain planning reports and ensure data accuracy within ERP systems.
  • Identify and escalate potential shortages, excess inventory, and supply chain risks.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings supporting assigned product lines.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Planning and Supply Chain organization.
