Printpack, a leading manufacturer in flexible packaging, is seeking a qualified and experienced applicant to fill the position of Planner Analyst for their Villa Rica I facility. The position will be located in Villa Rica, GA and will report to the Materials Manager. Requirements

  • Proven relevant work experience is required.
  • Strong computer knowledge of programs such as Word, Excel, Access.
  • Last performance review was rated “Performer" or higher
  • No disciplinary actions beyond a written warning within the past 120 days
  • Must be in the current position for more than 120 days

Nice To Haves

  • A college degree and/or APICS certification is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of a manufacturing ERP system is also a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Review material specifications and raw material requirements for each order for completeness and accuracy.
  • Allocate and/or purchase raw material substrates to meet order requirements as needed.
  • Analyze and process all order changes.
  • Demonstrate effective interactive skills to support production and scheduling activities related to meeting customer needs/requirements, and divisional/corporate goals.
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate proofing of supplier acknowledgements against purchase orders and updating supplier production information within the PRISM system.
  • Working with other Printpack divisions/plants to work off aged and unallocated materials.
  • Very effective at maintaining organization.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to develop relationships both internally and externally.
