About The Position

This role involves supporting aircraft services by adhering to general work requirements, researching and administering special programs (like warranty or Smart Parts), and working with customers to clarify requirements and ensure expectations are met. The position also involves assisting in the creation of project flow charts, determining resource availability (tools, components), and coordinating with providers to avoid impacting the Master Schedule. A key responsibility is creating efficient aircraft work packages, identifying necessary materials, tooling, and manpower before aircraft induction. The role requires attending customer debriefs or pre-induct meetings, inputting data into systems, and maintaining/developing aircraft model-specific technical information. Additionally, the role involves communicating and coordinating with various departments (Maintenance, Material Support, Labs, Vendors, Line Service) to gather data for invoicing.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to General Work Requirements
  • Research and administer special programs, may include programs such as warranty, Smart Parts, open delivery items
  • Work with customers for clarification of requirements to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Assist in creating project flow charts and other management tools in support of aircraft visit
  • Determine resource availability, such as tools and/or components, coordinating with resource providers on issues which could potentially impact the Master Schedule
  • Create aircraft work packages in a logical efficient manner including identification of material, tooling, and manpower requirements prior to scheduled induction
  • Attend customer debrief (or pre-induct) prior to aircraft arrival as required
  • Input data into systems as required
  • Maintain and assist in development of aircraft model specific technical information, for example airframe, engine, avionics, and paint / interior
  • Communicate and coordinate with other departments such as Maintenance, Material Support, Labs, Vendors, and Line Service to gather work package data for invoice
