The Planned Giving Associate supports the Museum of the Bible’s planned giving program by helping identify, cultivate, secure, document, and steward legacy gifts that advance the museum’s mission. Working closely with the Director of Planned Giving and the Development team, this role builds meaningful relationships with donors, coordinates communications and stewardship efforts, conducts prospect research, maintains accurate gift and donor records, and assists with planned giving marketing and program administration. Approximately 60% of the position focuses on developing new planned giving opportunities from the museum’s existing donor base, while 40% supports departmental operations, project management, and documentation. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, relationship-driven professional with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for Biblical stewardship and donor engagement.
