Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 1 to 3 years of experience or DEC with relevant experience
  • Good sense of priorities and sense of urgency.
  • Good interpersonal skills and dynamism.
  • Autonomous and resourceful.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work in a team in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent ability to propose proactive solutions.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Very good knowledge of English to read and understand documentation and technical terms daily, as well as to write and communicate in English with international clients, suppliers, or colleagues.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the SAP environment and complex bill of materials management (an asset)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze priorities for scheduling purposes.
  • Plan production scheduling by evaluating machine capacity and priorities.
  • Monitor and prioritize quality notifications.
  • Track parts from production start to the progress of priority parts.
  • Route parts to the correct customer (engine center, aftermarket, experimental, NGPF).
  • Follow up on parts delivery and communicate with our internal and external customers.
  • Initiate and support continuous improvement projects.
  • Manage emergencies based on customer requirements.
  • Collaborate and communicate closely with industrial engineering, production, quality, procurement, and customer service teams.
  • Effectively communicate and synthesize risks to various stakeholders.
