About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Plancha Server Assistant to provide dining support at their picturesque lakeside, boldly flavored Cuban-American cuisine and golfhouse restaurant, Plancha. The role involves providing an enjoyable, expertly served beverage or dining experience that conforms to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness. This is a part-time position.

Requirements

Prior experience in fine dining or resorts is preferred, emphasis on high volume.
Experience working 1-2 years of Food & Beverage.
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
Weekend availability + 1 weekday required.
Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

Assist food servers and bartenders with the serving of food.
Set-up and clearing of china, glass, and silver from service.
Polish glassware and stock the bar and lounge with the appropriate glassware, linens and other tools for service.
Organize and clean back of house area, dry goods and operating supplies requisitions.
