This role is intended for module equipment technicians to report to the Planar/CMP/ TSV departments. This role has opportunities across all shifts (4/5/6/7) as needed per functional area. The Module Equipment Technician will be responsible for but not limited to: Perform functions associated with all wafer production including operations, equipment, process and training. Equipment maintenance and repair, equipment troubleshooting, defect reduction, and other duties as required supporting Fab objectives. Work from technical manuals, specifications, drawings/diagrams, schematics, written and verbal instructions utilizing a variety of tools, test equipment, problem solving techniques and communication.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent AND 2+ years of related hands-on experience OR military technical experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent AND 1+ years in a related equipment maintenance role.
High School Diploma or equivalent AND 1+ year Technical/trade certification OR 2+ years technical experience.
Associate degree in STEM Related field.
Experience performing hands-on preventative, corrective maintenance on 300mm semiconductor equipment (or equivalent experience).
Lift 25-pound parts 1-2 times per shift (on average)
Climb and perform work on ladders 1-3 times per shift (on average)

Engineering-Tech experience
Planarization and polishing process knowledge.
Military experience
Advanced Node Semiconductor manufacturing experience in a production environment.
Experience in planar/CMP (PLI, Applied Material, Reflexion LK prime ) functional area.
Demonstrated skills to influence the content and creation of new specs, procedures and business processes related to equipment maintenance.
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
Knowledge of process control systems.
Experience with schematics and complex drawings/diagrams.
Integrated circuit fabrication experience
Experience in TSV functional area (BSP, TBT, PBD)
