This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include completing truck unloading, merchandise stocking, and maintaining store recovery standards. The position also involves assisting with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), participating in stocking and planogram (POGs) processes, and performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties. The role requires adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, interaction with others in a respectful manner, and maintaining a positive image. Team members in this role will also be cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
