About The Position

As a Tax Exempt TPA Services Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sponsored retirement plans, helping clients achieve their goals through exceptional service and relationship management. In this role, you'll collaborate with internal business partners and external stakeholders to resolve inquiries, strengthen client relationships, and support plan retention efforts. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience within the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated customer service experience and strong client support skills.
• OMNI experience.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree.
• SPARK certification or similar industry certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned sponsored plans.
• Resolve service and communication issues through direct interaction with plan sponsors, participants, TPAs, and internal functional teams, including money in, money out, and technical services.
• Participate in relationship management activities with plan sponsors and customers.
• Partner with sales, recordkeeping, and operations teams to ensure alignment and seamless service delivery.
• Contribute to product development initiatives and process improvement efforts.
• Independently resolve complex customer service and communication issues.
• Identify and support plan retention opportunities with sponsors, distribution partners, and TPAs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
