Requirements

• California Bar license (required) unusual given the Miami headquarters; may relate to active dockets in California federal courts.
• 5+ years litigation experience, with a focus on federal court practice.
• Exceptional legal writing skills.

Nice To Haves

• Prior class action litigation experience (preferred).
• Background in data privacy and cybersecurity litigation (preferred).
• Experience in FINRA, AAA, or JAMS arbitrations (preferred).
• Big Law, federal clerkship, or government litigation experience (SEC, FTC, U.S. Attorney, State AG).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of federal class actions and consumer arbitrations from inception through resolution.
• Handle hearings, depositions, mediations, trials, and arbitrations independently.
• Draft and argue complaints, briefs, and motions in federal court.
• Actively litigate data privacy and consumer protection disputes.
• Manage your own docket of cases while contributing to larger litigation teams.
