The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for: Reviewing, approving, and drafting agreements and other legal documents to ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements Providing legal advice and assistance in corporate transactions and the restructuring of corporate entities Conducting legal research on various points of law and consolidating legal opinions for clients Providing legal advisory and interpretation services to management to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements Preparing legal opinions and advising management on general matters, including internal policies and procedures Undertaking any other duties that fall within the employee’s competence as may be assigned from time to time Requirements The ideal candidate will have: Full qualification as a lawyer, with a warrant to practice under Maltese law A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role Strong motivation and the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders What Our Client Offers Our client provides an environment where professionals can build long-term careers through meaningful work, responsibility, and continuous development. Requirements

• Full qualification as a lawyer, with a warrant to practice under Maltese law
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong motivation and the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines
